Beautiful Buildings with luxury appointments. Low traffic and nice pool area. Elegant interiors with nice appliances. The only issues are that that the jacuzzi has been down ever since I moved in and the control panel keeps losing connectivity so I can't use some of the lighting without resetting the circuit breaker weekly. Overall very nice though. :)

The apartments themselves are beautifully designed and comfortable. However, the management team could significantly benefit from putting more effort into organizing social events for tenants. One of the primary reasons I chose this apartment over renting a standalone house was the allure of a vibrant community where I could meet people and engage in communal activities. Sadly, this expectation has not been met. While the management mentions an online forum for tenants, it is far from efficient. Posts often remain pending for over a month before there's any decision on approval, stifling open communication and community engagement. Management sent out an email asking who would be distributing candy for Halloween, and despite our responses, later decided against sharing this list. The result was a surplus of candy and no trick-or-treaters to distribute it to. It's evident that the company overseeing these apartments needs to invest in strategies to foster a stronger sense of community, allowing neighbors to connect and build relationships. I hoped for a community that prioritized relationships and networking, but unfortunately, this has not been my experience.

I like the place except for three things: 1- It's not kid-friendly; kids are not allowed to go to the clubhouse by themselves! 2- The team is nice except for one person who makes you feel like they are treating you and your kids with discrimination for no reason, maybe i m wrong. 3- They showed us the model apartment with wood floors, but we ended up in an apartment with carpet floors.

My husband and I moved here from a different state so we weren’t able to visit the apartments before moving in. We were unaware of the construction that is happening EVERY MORNING AT 4AM right outside our window. The map was not updated when we picked our apartment and our leasing agent did not disclose the information. It’s continuous noise ALL DAY! Our sleep is broken every morning, hours before we get up for work. We can’t open our sliding door or windows because of the dust and dirt coming from the construction site. I have picked up lots of nails and screws in the parking lot where we park our cars. It’s a nightmare. We wouldn’t have chose a unit next to a construction site had we known. Not the best experience

I can't say enough about the five star service I received since moving to Society Henderson. My leasing agent, Bre'anna Lacy has been phenomenal in assisting me with my move from Dallas to Las Vegas. The one on one service and the attentiveness she gave me to a few concerns I had before moving into my unit made me feel confident that living here would be a great experience. Make sure to see Bre'anna for all your leasing needs, she is wonderful! Also, I want to thank Antonio and Juan, the maintenance technicians on property for their help with the little touch ups and fixes to make my apartment beautiful. They are great guys and very responsive to maintenance requests. Overally, I am extremely happy I chose Society Henderson, The units have a luxury feel and I also appreciate that every apartment has a 55' TV and your rent will include all utilities (except electric) including cable and internet. So far so good, let's keep the good reviews going!! :)

Jomo in the leasing office has went over and beyond by making the process easy for me moving from Michigan to Nevada. He has exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service and recommendations being new to the area. He is definitely friendly and has great communication with everyone living in the community. The apartment and the community is very luxurious and a great place to be apart of !

I've been here for over a month and the property is great. Quiet and the atmosphere is relaxing. Giving 3 stars only because the units aren't energy efficient. My energy bill has more than doubled from the last place I was, which was also the same setup. Even with that the air in my master where I sleep doesn’t blow well even when as low as 60 degrees. Office is aware and nothing has been done. There's also a HUGE bug problem. You name it, I've seen it in the last month. Coming from another new property and having lived in Vegas since 2014 I have never experienced this. I’ve seen bugs in my sink when I go to do dishes, and in my bed when I do my weekly changing of my sheets.I wasn't expecting to be waking up to use the restroom with anxiety that a bug might pop out of the toilet(happens almost every other night) It just takes away from the living experience. Again, the property is nice and the staff is excellent so just had to highlight that!!
